Cartagena de Indias

Cartagena is a sizeable city with more than a million inhabitants. Unfortunately it’s also pretty hot, so after the first day we’d figured it out: in the morning you can get something done, then lunch, then siesta for the crew and Kees behind the laptop (Mayara radar software…). In the evening it becomes bearable again and you can get out and about…

Here’s an impression of the last few days without too many words. The second evening was great fun at the restaurant, after which there was no alcohol to be had anywhere for two days because of the elections. Tomorrow we set off for a short pit stop in the San Blas, and on Friday we hope to arrive in Panama.
